Contact us to discuss the repair and get a quote for the work. If you're happy to proceed, the clean garment can then be posted to us or dropped off our studio. Once the garment is received it will join the repair queue and we will carry out the repair. When finished the repaired item will be returned via the method agreed – via collection or tracked postage (cost of postage covered by the customer)

Turnaround times vary - however we aim to have your item repaired within 2-4 weeks.

If you're in a rush to have a repair carried out - please contact us and we can advise if this is possible. At busy times this may not be possible or may incur a small additional charge

We will repair your garment to the best of our ability, however if you are not fully satisfied with the result you have 14 days to notify us. We will then inspect the item and discuss a further repair or a refund of the repair charge.
